How the data is presented
The source data comes from original CNSS PDFs available in the public domain. We extract the data from individual PDFs, anonymize employee names, aggregate salary statistics at the company level, and apply basic filters to reduce obvious outliers.
Filtering choices
To improve readability and reduce outlier distortion, the website excludes salary rows below 1000 MAD and excludes companies with fewer than 10 employees in the filtered dataset.
